TIME TRAVEL TO SEE PETER PAN
Saw one of the most simple, sweet and funny shots I have seen yesterday. Directed and co-written by Dana Jackson it was shown at Lighthouse International on 59th. The film is called "THE FIRST THREE LIVES OF STUART HORNSLEY" and if you ever get a chance to see it - check it out if only for the beautiful title sequence by Lisa Kwon.
Trecked down to Thom's on Thompson Street. Really smart hotel with great DJ playing old school classics and alternative faves on a Monday night. Met the Lady there to celebrate her friend's birthday - found the friend dressed up as Peter Pan: high boots, shorts and a green tunic. I tried to go home and get my Hawain shirt and Elvis glasses but the Lady pointed out that it was 'fashion'. Oh dear, if that's the next thing after tractor hats and ironic facial hair I think I might just give up.
My bar bill came to $200.
