Met the Lady and her father after work to toast the deposit of 10% on the apartment!

Now to get past the Co-op Board!!

They look into every financial detail you could imagine. Sounds like a nightmare.

The Lady is even omitting to tell them that I'm moving in... or maybe that's a cue...

Off to Philadelphia for the weekend.
