MAD CHAP ON HUDSON II

So I find myself following the Mad Chap from Palestine(?) in Rite Aid on Saturday. A sign on his back says 'Stop dropping smart bombs on our dumb asses'.

He seems to know everyone by name.

At the pharmacist counter he asks one of the girls whether they have anything that can help him get a date after 14 years of trying.

Looking at him I think of a few non-herbal suggestions..... but then I just take this photo with my phone:
