TUE 20th APR : APT 2

The Lady went and saw the apartment again today with her broker. She had been thinking about putting it all through the broker who was selling - but you could sense that he was all about the money.

She placed an offer at 5% over the asking price and we waited until the evening when she received the call.

She was down to the last 4. It was down to the Best & Final offer - to be received by Friday.

What now?
