TUE 6th APR - EEK A MOUSE!

After a run down the river (after 6pm!) and after a great Brazilian meal at the reopened Delcia, the Lady and I went down to the Knitting Factory on Leonard Street in Tribeca to watch old reggae favourite Eek A Mouse.

huh

At last a crowd who moved to the beat of the band! OK, mainly college kids in surf brand T shirts - and they smoked a lot but they were a little encouraged by the Eek:

"How~are~you~fee-ling~today?" "Who~are~you~smoking~ganga~with~tonight?"

Good venue. And the music was fine - altho the Lady was a little curious why he didn't play any tracks from his latest sales-challenged hip-hop fusioned CD...
