The Lady got stressed about what to do with the apartment offer

Lady IM says: if i stick to xxx, i lose it and that's what i need to deal with. i don't think she's a bitch either -- the agent wants to get as much money for himself and his client as he can

Hmmm, Guy's advice goes down well again. 5 minutes pass....

Lady IM says: i'm really stressed sweets... feeling like my broker is tricking me too.

Time to call in the Lady's father me thinks....

We met after work and we popped in to Pianos bar in Lower East Side to a party to 'listen to the first ever play of Morrissey's new album' held by Spin Magazine. You'd have thought they would have invited a load of trendies to listen and spread the word but it was full of the usual record company crowd mixed with journalists and industry hangers on tying to get at the free beer. eh? Wonder if the old flop head's going to make enough to cover the bar bill?
